Haslam responds to complaints that he’s not conservative enough

For the first time, Gov. Bill Haslam responded personally Tuesday to complaints from some county Republican Party chapters that he’s not conservative enough .

Sticking remarkably close to the comments issued by his press spokesman, Haslam told WCYB-TV that he believes he still has the support of the vast majority of conservative Republicans.

“My job as governor is to focus on bringing jobs to Tennessee, making sure we have a great education system, and making certain we’re providing great value, and that’s kind of thing I think most Tennesseans want me to focus on.”

Same fools trying to destroy Diane Black…..only about 20% of the GOP but libs love seeing and acting like this is a big deal. It is not a big deal…just a few nuts upset.

The overwhelming majority are thrilled with our new governor.
