U.S. Rep. Diane Black released her second ad Friday — this one endorsing the “No Budget, No Pay” bill, which would deny pay to the members of Congress if they miss budget deadlines.

One interesting aspect of the ad? Black refers to members of Congress in the third person, saying she would “cut their pay.”

“If you want to yank their chain, grab their wallet,” she says.

Further evidence that even members of Congress don’t want voters to think of them as members of Congress.
